What you share in sessions is confidential. I will not disclose your information except in the following situations:
- Serious risk of harm to you or others
- Legal requirements (e.g. terrorism, drug trafficking, money laundering, child protection)
- When ordered by a court
- With your explicit, written consent
Whenever possible, you’ll be informed before any disclosure is made.
How Your Information Is Stored
- Notes and records are stored digitally on encrypted, password-protected devices
- Data is retained for up to 7 years after therapy ends (per BACP guidance), then securely deleted
